Description

To arrange flights, accommodation and car hire and other related services for QCTO staff on official trips.

Responsibilities

• Capture requests for procurement for approval
• Request quotations for goods and services
• Lease with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper and safeguard of SCM documents

Qualifications

• A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management or Public Management Required Competencies:
• Computer literacy in Ms Excel, Word (Basic) and outlook Good written and verbal communications skills
• Other requirements:
• Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years
• South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6
• No working experience required

• Preference will be given to applicants residing within Gauteng Province
• You must not have participated in any other internship programme
